Prior to 14 days of your reservation -  For Reservations canceled greater than 14 days from your scheduled arrival date, your deposit, minus a $10 cancellation fee will be refunded.

Within 14 days of your reservation - For cancellations for reservations 14 days or less from your scheduled arrival date, your deposit is forfeited. 

     If you choose to reschedule your reservation within 14 days of your reservation, your deposit will be applied to the new reservation. 

Within 48 hours of your arrival date - The full amount of your stay is due for cancellations inside a 48 hour window of the day of your stay. 

    If you choose to reschedule your reservation inside the 48 hour window, a $25 service fee will be charged and the rescheduled stay must be for the same or more than the original reservation.

NO-SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED THE TOTAL AMOUNT DUE FOR YOUR ENTIRE STAY. NO AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED OR APPLIED TO FUTURE DATES.

All cancellations and no-shows will be recorded in the customers record. Customers with two cancellations in a 2 year period will not be allowed to make advanced reservations.

A deposit equal to a one night stay is required in order to reserve a site and/or stalls. The full balance will be charged to your credit card within 48 hours of the start of your arrival date. If you choose to pay in advance, you can do so through the link on your reservation. If paying by cash or check, the full balance will be due upon arrival.

All fees can be paid by credit / debit card or you have the option of paying by cash or check, refer to the statement above.

Each reservation will be charged a $2 Booking Fee

Each reservation will be charged a $2 per animal Pet Fee (not horses/mules) 

If you do not clean your stall or site, a $25 fee will be charged.

Note: If you are paying by check and your check bounces you will be required to pay the amount due by credit/debit card as well as additional bank fees. Additional fees are due upon charge: Any bank fees incurred by the process, a $40.00 return check fee and a 3% processing fee for the credit / debit.
